The Office of Human Resources at PennWest California has implemented an online application system in order to automate many of the tasks of the employment application process. The University does not accept unsolicited applications and all applicants must apply through the online applications system.

Staff and Faculty can use the online system for the following. 

  • Create Postings
  • Review postings
  • Search and review applicants
  • Create and review templates
  • Communicate electronically with HR, hiring managers, applicants and others involved in your hiring process
