PennWest California's Office of Student Accounts is your go-to resource for questions about tuition and housing payments, due dates, fees, payment methods, payment plans, third-party billing, withdrawals and refunds. The Student Accounts Office is also responsible for applying financial aid to your bill.

Advanced Tuition Deposit
Have you been accepted to PennWest California? Secure your spot today by making an advanced tuition deposit. You can make your advanced tuition deposit via credit card, ACH transaction or check. If you're an international student, you can pay in your own currency via bank transfer through Flywire.
Once you're enrolled at PennWest California, the Student Accounts Office will work with you to find the best payment options for your situation and needs. You'll be able to pay your bills by cash, check, credit card, money order or certified bank draft - and we even offer payment plans to assist you and your parents in paying the costs of higher education.
American Opportunity Tax Credit
Did you know that you may be eligible to receive a tax credit of up to $2,500 for four years while attending PennWest California? Qualifying expenses to receive the tax credit include tuition, books, supplies and equipment needed for a course of study. The PennWest California Student Accounts Office will provide the appropriate documents to file with your federal tax return for the American Opportunity Tax Credit.
