On Thursday, April 18th, the College of Science, Technology and Business will host Dr. Kellie Hough as part of our Workplace Speaker Series at 11:00am in Eberly Room 110.

A Pennsylvania native, Dr. Kellie Hough received her Bachelor’s of Science in Wildlife Biology from California University of Pennsylvania before being accepted into The Ohio State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine (OSUCVM.) Dr. Hough is a 2006 graduate of OSUCVM. Following graduation, she was accepted into The Ohio State University’s College of Public Health, where she pursued a Master’s in Public Health, specializing in Veterinary Public Health (MPH-VPH); her culminating project dealt with creating a therapy decision-tree for small animal practitioners handling Methicillin-Resistant Staphlyococcus aureus (MRSA)-positive cases.  In June 2018, she successfully passed the board examination to become a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine.

Dr. Hough will speak about her journey from student to the USDA’s District Emergency Coordinator for Pennsylvania and West Virgina. Please join us!
