The Teaching & Learning subcommittee of Faculty Professional Development and the Instructional Coaching Team is inviting you to attend an informative workshop on an opportunity to obtain ongoing professional development to support teaching practice and student learning. Instructional coaching is a service provided through the Title III grant received by the university and will be available to California University of PA faculty beginning in the fall 2022 semester.
Instructional coaching is a non-evaluative, learning partnership between a trained instructional coach and a faculty member (coachee) who share the goal of learning together, thereby improving instruction and student learning. The process is completely voluntary. The purpose of this workshop is to provide information on instructional coaching and how it can support your professional development in teaching and learning.
