This course provides content on diverse populations, inter-group/intra-group relations, and their importance within a democratic society. Emphasis is placed on the importance of culture and developing awareness and understanding of self and others.
This course provides students with the opportunity to increase their self-awareness as well as, their awareness and understanding of a variety of diverse populations. Strategies for relating to diverse populations are also examined.
