A planned power outage on Cal U’s campus is scheduled for Tuesday, May 17, and Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
Both outages will begin at 7:30 a.m. and are expected to last 10 hours. The work includes replacing damaged cables and testing and certifying the repairs.
The affected buildings are Watkins Hall, Vulcan Hall, Old Main, South Hall, New Science Hall, Heating Plant, Pollock Building, Helsel Hall, Hamer Hall, Eberly Hall, Natali Student Center, Keystone Hall, Gallagher Hall, Guesman Hall, Residence Hall E, Morgan Hall, Noss Hall, Steele Hall, Coover Hall and the Convocation Center.
Employees should contact their supervisors to make appropriate work arrangements. Supervisors should refer any questions regarding work arrangements to Eric Guiser, guiser@calu.edu.
