Tuesday: Spin 12pm (Maria)

Wednesday: Circuit Training 9am (Kwesi), Toning 12pm (Maria), Yoga 4pm (Paula), HIIT Boot Camp 6:30pm (Chris), Zumba 8pm (Christina)

Thursday: Spin 12pm (Maria)

Friday: Circuit Training 9am (Kwesi), HIIT Boot Camp 6:30pm (Chris)

Saturday: Zumba 10am (Christina)**

**Saturday Zumba starts Sept. 18th

All classes are held at Herron Rec & Fitness Center (outside when possible). Classes are open to all members of HRFC & are appropriate for all fitness levels.
