Dr. Todd Carlisle, professor of English and journalism, will read from his new book, The Souls of Clayhatchee, “a brilliant novel about family ties, generational racism, and a mysterious murder that casts its shadow on a man fulfilling his mother’s dying wish."
Dr. Carlisle is an Ambridge graduate, veteran, and currently an associate professor of journalism in the Department of Culture, Media, and Performance at California University of Pennsylvania. He is also an award-winning journalist, having worked for various Pittsburgh and Beaver County newspapers prior to his teaching career.
