University Housing is continuing the recruitment cycle for their Fall 2021 – Spring 2022 community assistants alternate pool (CAs).
A CA is a student staff member who is responsible for a floor within a residence hall. The CA is responsible for serving as a mentor and guide to their residents while also cultivating a cooperative and inclusive community. This is a people-oriented position in which the CA is expected to be a community builder, educator, conflict manager, equity and inclusion advocate, role model and team member. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to working effectively with students, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds.
