Fall 2021 Graduate Assistantship Need for the M. Ed ESL
(English as a second language) program.
GA Semester Hour Requirements: 200 hours
GPA: 3.0 or higher and enrolled in at least 2 graduate level courses
Position Description: Assist in the day-to-day operations of this Master’s program. Assist with course alignment, data collection for accreditation, preparing course materials, and research, and the ability to work independently when asked.
One also needs to have a disposition and willingness to learn about those who speak a language other than English
This is a face-to-face position with some possibility of working online.
Skills needed: organization; ability to keep deadlines; familiarity with the D2L bright space learning management system; familiarity with data collection; familiarity with Microsoft office suite of products such as Excel; and familiarity with Adobe fillable forms.
