Scheduling Center Graduate Assistant Position 

 Job Description: Ability to answer general Scheduling Center questions in regards to VIP, Degree Works, D2L, STARFISH. Participate and assist Academic Counselors with New Student Orientation. Provide additional assistance to the Academic Counselors during high volume times such as registration and the add/drop period. Execute special projects. Assist students with usage of STARFISH kiosk. Organize communications for Scheduling Center Social Media Accounts. Assist with scheduling events and manage online chat.

 

Qualifications:

·       Graduate Student

·       Responsible independent work habits

·       Dependable, trustworthy and mature

·       Positive personality/attitude

·       Good communication skills

·       Able to follow directions
