CED 788- Stress Management and Wellness-

This course provides an introduction to stress management for counselors.  We address the nature of stress, as well as the mind-body relationship in the stress response.  Methods of assessing and managing stress are explored.  This course also focuses on the wellness approach to counseling, which assists clients in integrating the body, mind and spirit, in order to achieve optimal functioning.
