Tiffany T. Lumpkin is the program director of Family Group Decision Making at Small Seeds Development Inc., where she is responsible for the oversight and the implementation of the Family Group Decision Making Program as a contracted provider through the Department of Human Services Offie of Children Youth and Families. 

Her background includes prevention and reduction of health issues, social inequality and economic disparities. In addition, her experience is in reducing the critical education gap of underserved students and their counterparts, and eliminating barriers by focusing on the capabilities of students and families and demonstrating respect for individuals, their goals and preferences.

Tiffany was appointed by the Wilkinsburg (Pa.) Council as a member of the borough's planning commission and the Democratic Committee. Both committees allow her to give back to her community by developing plans related to neighborhoods, housing, transportation, current land use and community facilities.

In 2011, she was elected to the Wilkinsburg School Board on a platform to increase student achievement levels, address the district's financial management and increase the accountability of school leadership. 

She also is on the board of directors for Heaven's Rainbow Inc., The Kingsley Association, and the Friends of Sisters Place.

She attends Sixth Mt. Zion Baptist Church in the Lincoln/Larimer section of Pittsburgh. She is an active member and officer of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. — Alpha Alpha Omega Chapter.
